Studio Rules

A harmonious environment is crucial for everyone's motivation and focus. We have defined proper conduct guidelines to create a respectful atmosphere where all individuals can thrive.

  1. Dress in proper workout attire and shoes and bring water and a towel.
  2. Do not enter the studio in a disruptive manner (e.g. talking on cell phone).
  3. Your full participation during exercise is required. Follow the instructor's directions. Do not follow your own routine. This is a distraction to others.
  4. Please be serious during our workouts. No playing, talking or horsing around. This is discourteous. (Violators will be asked to leave if done repetitively)
  5. If you have a non-workout related question, please hold it until the end of the workout session
  6. Learn the schedule. The schedule will be posted monthly inside the studio. Download the app GROUP ME and join the group chat ICanFitnessElite. If you have any questions feel free to ask in the group chat.
  7. It is your responsibility to attend all 16 sessions. Sessions are non transferable. They do not roll over to the next month and if missed, no refunds will be given. Sessions meet on a predetermined fixed schedule 4 times a week. Make-up sessions are held on Fridays and Sundays of each month.
  8. Your payment is due within 3 days of your due date. After the 3rd day, you will be required to pay daily or weekly. Until then, you will not be able to participate (NO EXCEPTIONS). This helps keep monthly membership the same price and allows us to continue operating without requiring members' credit card information on file. We understand things change. If you will not be returning, please give us proper notification. This will allow us to continue to serve our fitness community in the best way possible.
  9. There will be no doubles. We will be monitoring attendance. If you want to do unlimited sessions, we do offer an unlimited option ($150/month).


Late Arrivals

Clients who do not arrive by the end of the workout demos at the beginning of class will not be allowed to attend class. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class to avoid the possibility of losing your reservation for the class. This helps to maintain the integrity of the class.


Waitlist Policy

Clients on the waitlist for a class will be allowed to take the spot of a client who is not present at the end of the workout demos. Waitlisted clients are to wait by studio entrance to be allowed into the class by a coach. Waitlisted clients will be allowed into available spots according to their position on the waitlist.


Freeze Policy

Clients have the opportunity to pause/freeze their membership for a minimum of 2 weeks/maximum of 3 months. There is a $20 administrative fee associated with putting your membership on hold. After 3 months, your membership will be resumed or terminated. Verification from your physician must be provided if injured for longer than 3 months or additional charges will incur.

Equipment Policy

Clients are asked not to drop/throw equipment. This is for safety reasons for the clients themselves and fellow clients. If clients cannot safely place the equipment on the ground after a set, they will be encouraged to use a weight that they can safely handle.

Children in the Studio

Providing a safe and pleasurable environment for environment for everyone is paramount. Clients are not allowed to bring children to sit in the studio during the workout. Any client who brings a child will be asked to reschedule their session. This is an I Can Fitness policy and we hope you understand.
