GROUP TRAINING
At ICANFITNESS, we define “athlete” as anyone dedicated to their sport or fitness. All you need to do is show up and bring your dedication—we’ll provide the rest.

Ass N Abs
The 6 week program will consist of moves to target your gluteus muscles, legs and will be heldin the evening at 6:30 and 7:30 pm and will be held twice a week.

Ripped Camp
A 6 week program consisting of heavy weights, intense cardio and a very strict diet. This is a advance program with mandatory try outs.
